Young delegates from the BRICS countries – Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa – have gathered in Johannesburg to discuss the role of the bloc in shaping the future of energy in Africa and beyond. During the BRICS Youth Energy Summit, young entrepreneurs, researchers, and activists emphasized the importance of working together to address the energy sector’s challenges. The Chair of the BRICS Youth Energy Agency stressed that energy transcends multiple sectors and industries, making it essential to foster strong leadership and drive innovation.
