    Miriam studied political science at the University of Ghana where she also participated in the university's debate team. She moved to London where she undertook her masters in International Relations. Miriam went on to work for a leading analysis company as a political risk analyst to help companies analyse and mitigate political risk in Western Africa.

      Miremba studied political science and gender studies at the University of Toronto, where she graduated on the deans list and discovered her passion for journalism and human rights. Miremba has since worked with international human rights advocacy organisations.
